TRAINING AND CONSULTATION
Last, but not least, we will allow you to come to the shop for hands-on training on how to make ice cream properly, how to store it and keep it fresh. You will be shown how to run a front counter, take care of customers, order supplies, set up spread sheets to track your supplies and sales, run a register, and form daily reports to support your accounting. We will give you tips on hiring and keeping employees. You will learn it all first hand while working at an operating location.
